3. Scope of Processing

We process data to run B2B lead-generation campaigns based on Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR. Data scope: first name, last name, work email, company, position, work phone.

4. Data Sources

Data comes from publicly available sources: LinkedIn, KRS, CEIDG, company websites, and data provided by the client. We do not purchase databases from brokers — we build them continuously for each specific campaign.

5. Retention Period

We process data for 24 months from the end of the campaign or until an effective objection is raised. Accounting data is retained in accordance with tax regulations (5 years).

6. Data Recipients

Data may be entrusted to processors: Apollo, Instantly, Clay and other outreach tool providers, solely under data processing agreements (DPAs). We do not sell personal data to any third parties.

7. Security

We use AES-256 encryption, TLS encrypted connections, and need-to-know access control. Access to systems requires two-factor authentication.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. We process requests within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
