Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules of providing services by ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, KRS: 0001190915, NIP: 7252358503, REGON: 542545843, registered in Łódź (hereafter: “LeadSpark” or the “Provider”).

3. Scope of Services

The Provider offers B2B client acquisition (lead generation) in a meeting-based model, including: ICP identification, database building, outreach campaigns (cold email, ads, pSEO), lead verification, and reporting in the client dashboard.

4. TEST Model

  • Setup fee: PLN 1,490 net (one-time)
  • Fee per qualified meeting: PLN 215 net
  • Qualified meeting = a call longer than 15 minutes with an ICP decision-maker
  • Minimum: 10 meetings

5. GROWTH Model

  • Subscription: PLN 4,500 net / month
  • Fee per qualified meeting: PLN 150 net
  • Guarantee: fewer than 10 meetings in a month = no subscription fee

6. Guarantee

In the TEST model: if no qualified meeting occurs within 14 days, we refund the full setup fee (PLN 1,490). The guarantee does not cover cases where the client fails to provide required materials or refuses to participate in the ICP workshop.

7. Payments and Invoices

Billing is monthly. A VAT invoice is issued within 14 days after the end of the billing period. Payment due: 14 days from the invoice date.

The Provider operates in compliance with GDPR, anti-spam regulations, and good market practices. Using the services for unlawful activities is prohibited.

10. Liability

The Provider is not liable for the client’s commercial results, in particular the number of concluded contracts. The Provider’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 6 months preceding the event.

11. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law. The competent court is the court for the Provider’s registered office.
