We conduct B2B outreach on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in line with UODO and EDPB guidelines. We act on behalf of entities whose activity may relate to the recipient’s offer.

3. Data Sources

Data used in campaigns comes exclusively from publicly available sources: LinkedIn, KRS, CEIDG, company websites, industry registries. We do not use data purchased from brokers without verifying its legality.

4. Right to Object

Every message sent within a campaign contains a clear opt-out link (1-click). After opting out, the person receives no further messages and their data is removed from campaign databases.

5. Proof of Legitimate Interest

We maintain a register of processing bases (proof of legitimate interest), documenting the data source, acquisition date, and legal grounds for each campaign. The register is available on request to supervisory authorities.

6. Data Erasure

We erase data within 24 hours upon request. Send requests to hi@zordonintelligence.pl or call 726 393 568.

7. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

All processors acting on our behalf (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, infrastructure providers) are bound by DPAs compliant with Article 28 GDPR. An information clause is sent with the first message in the campaign.
